Migration is fraught with danger for the cyborg

Cyborg Mann ventures out of his natural habitat, the University of Toronto, and makes it as far St. John's, Newfoundland, before his distinctive markings (computerized glasses, headgear and electronic body suit) result in his being mistaken for a terrorist. Indeed, cyborgs and terrorists do share certain morphological similarities though the lack of a weapon is generally a good indication that the cyborg is relatively harmless.
