There's not much by way of qualitative data in this publication - but an interesting fact noted here for all cyborg observers is that, when threatened, cyborgs will sue. This discovery calls into question previous anecdotal evidence of their tendency to shoot guns or flamethrowers when cornered or threatened.

An unnamed cyborg researcher interviews Steve Mann and asks the inevitable "What does the future hold?" question. (Actually the question seems to have been whether wearable computers will eventually be accepted by the general public). Cyborg Mann displays his species' superior intelligence with the reply: "Any prediction can turn out to be a combination of codswallop, kerfluffle and flapdoodle."
